Spinach and Beef Stuffed Shells


*As requested Jaime lol... Yesterday I made Stuffed Shells. Here is the recipe.

Ingredients:
1 box of shells.... I can't find whole wheat anywhere :-( 
1 jar of pasta sauce
1lb extra lean ground beef or turkey
mozarella cheese - to taste
1 regular sized container of ricotta cheese
1 bag of frozen spinach 

Brown the meat, drain, add in the ricotta cheese and drained spinach, also some salt/pepper/garlic powder to taste.

Take the cooked and obviously drained shells, spray an oven pan with pan and fill the shells with the meat mixture until the pan is full of shells, cover with the mozarella cheese and top with the pasta sauce. COVER WITH FOIL. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
