Serves about 4-6.
Ingredients:
6 cups of water.
1 cup of organic steel cut oatmeal (ralphs carries this, sprouts too!)
A LITTLE dash or sea salt.
Combine both in a pot. Bring to boil.
Once this comes to a boil, turn off the heat.
Remove from the burner.
Add a lid.
Leave soaking overnight. Stir in the morning. Enjoy.
This is now my 3rd batch and it comes out PERFECT everytime.
Mmmmmmmmmm.
Steel Cut Oatmeal gives me SO much energy and keeps me full for HOURS.
I like to add raw milk, cinnamon and organic brown sugar on top of mine <3
